Veronica Vasconez is the co-founder of Hōm Group and an advisor in real estate sales and purchases with more than 12 years of experience in South Florida real estate. She is dedicated to guiding sellers, buyers, and investors with a boutique, high-touch approach that blends professional expertise, analytical precision, and genuine care with a streamline process to make every transaction smoother and more efficient. With a degree in engineering and computer science, Veronica brings a unique edge to her practice. Outside of real estate, Veronica stays active through gym workouts and yoga, which keep her focused and energized — qualities she carries into her professional life. She is the proud mother of two teenagers and 2 dogs. She is deeply involved in her community as the Director the AYSO soccer program for players with disabilities, an experience that continues to strengthen her empathy, patience, and leadership.

With a degree in Business and a versatile background in sales, marketing, logistics, and event planning, she loves making people feel heard and supported—always solving problems before they even appear.
Paola also studied Interior Design, which fuels her passion for creating inviting spaces and beautiful homes where families can thrive. As a proud mom of two young adults, she knows firsthand how much a home means at every stage of life and treats each client’s dream as if it were her own.
Outside of real estate, you will find her decorating, running marathons, playing pickleball, and spending quality time with her family—always bringing her energy, creativity, and big smile wherever she goes.
